A driver travels through two consecutive zones on a road. Zone A (a construction zone) has a speed limit of 60 km/h for the first 2 km, after which the speed limit reverts to 80 km/h (Zone B). The driver covers the first 2 km at 90 km/h and the next 3 km at 85 km/h. In addition, the driver fails to give way to a pedestrian crossing at a marked zebra crossing. Penalty points are assigned as follows: for each speed‑excess segment, if the excess is more than 20% of the applicable limit, 6 points are imposed; if the excess is between 10% and 20% (inclusive), 4 points; if the excess is 10% or less, 2 points. Failure to give way to a pedestrian attracts 3 points. If the total points exceed 12, the driver's licence is suspended for six months. Determine whether the driver's licence will be suspended and state the total penalty points.
