A group of students investigated the effect of three different test foods on post‑prandial blood glucose level in healthy volunteers. After an overnight fast, each of five volunteers (V1–V5) consumed 50 g of one test food (Food A, Food B or Food C) on separate days. Blood glucose concentration (mmol/L) was measured with a calibrated glucometer at 0, 30, 60 and 90 minutes after ingestion.
