(a) Compute the coefficient of variation of the rainfall, expressed as a percentage, using \( \text{CV}=\\frac{\\sigma}{\\mu}\\times100 \). (b) Identify the earliest month in which the temperature exceeds the annual mean temperature by the greatest amount and state the rank of that month when the months are ordered from highest to lowest rainfall (rank 1 = highest).
