Write a discursive essay of approximately 300‑350 words in which you: a) Discuss two positive impacts of rapid urbanisation mentioned or implied in the passage. b) Discuss two negative impacts of rapid urbanisation mentioned or implied in the passage. c) Evaluate how effective the proposed solution – “harness the benefits while mitigating the drawbacks” – might be, giving at least one specific measure that could be taken by city planners.
