Read the paragraph below. "Every student in the school are required to submit their project before the deadline. The teachers, who has been preparing the syllabus, gave us the guidelines yesterday. It was important that we understand the requirement, so we can produce a good work. Some of the students, however, didn't follow the instruction and they submitted their work late, which caused the teacher to be upset. Nevertheless, the school administration decided to give them a second chance, because they believes that everyone deserves a fair chance to improve." Answer the following questions:
