(iii) \(M\) is a whole number of thousands of naira and a multiple of \(5{,}000\). (iv) \(Y\) is \(1.5\) times \(E\) (i.e., \(Y = 1.5E\)). After the allocation, the church sets aside \(10\%\) of the original donation as a reserve fund, taken proportionally from each ministry's share (so each share is reduced by the same percentage). Determine the final amount allocated to each ministry after the reserve fund is set aside.
