A solid is formed by a right circular cylinder of radius 5 cm and height 4 cm standing on a horizontal plane, with a right circular cone of the same base radius and height 15 cm placed on top of the cylinder. A plane parallel to the bases cuts the solid at a distance x centimetres from the bottom of the cylinder. If the volume of the part of the solid below the plane is exactly half the total volume of the solid, find x (to two decimal places).
